TERMS & CONDITION OF HIRE 

 

Nature of Services
Labour is supplied in support of film, television, and live event production activities. Driving duties
form part of a wider production role and do not constitute a passenger transport service.

No Transport Service Provided
No public service vehicle, hire-and-reward, or passenger transport service is provided.

No consideration is given or received for the carriage of passengers

Control & Direction
Supplied personnel operate under the day-to-day direction and supervision of the Client.
Driver Requirements
Where driving duties are required, personnel hold valid licences and appropriate entitlement
including Category D1 where required.

Vehicles
Vehicles may be supplied by the Client or under a separate vehicle hire agreement. Labour supply
does not alter vehicle hire obligations.

Permitted Use
Labour may only be used within film, television, and live event production environments. Public or
audience transport is prohibited.

Insurance
Appropriate insurance is maintained in line with the nature of labour supplied and restricted
production use.

Liability & Indemnity
The Client indemnifies the Supplier against claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law
England & Wales.
