Booking & Payment Terms

Application of these Terms
These Booking & Payment Terms apply to bookings made with Leebra Services Ltd (“Leebra”). They should be read together with any quotation, booking confirmation and any service-specific terms applicable to the booking.

Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when Leebra confirms acceptance of the booking. Where advance payment is required, payment must be received by the date requested in order to secure the booking.

Prices, included hours, overtime rates and any other applicable charges will be as stated in the quotation, booking confirmation or agreed rate schedule.

Advance Payments
Where an advance payment is requested, the amount paid will be applied towards the charges for the relevant booking unless otherwise stated.

Payment of an advance does not limit the Client's liability for overtime, additional hours, waiting time, additional services or other charges properly incurred under the booking.

Saved Card & Subsequent Charges
Where the Client makes an advance payment by card and elects or agrees to save that payment method for future use, the payment details are stored securely by Leebra's payment provider and are not stored directly by Leebra.

By accepting these Terms, the Client authorises Leebra to use the saved payment method to collect additional amounts properly due in connection with the same booking.

Such amounts may include overtime, additional hours, waiting time, additional services requested by the Client, and other charges arising in accordance with the confirmed booking and agreed rates.

Leebra will not use this authority to charge the saved payment method for unrelated bookings or unrelated services.

Additional Charges & Overtime
Where a booking exceeds the included hours, overtime will be charged at the rate stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.

Where the Client requests additional services or the requirements of the booking change, any resulting additional charges will be payable in accordance with the rates agreed for the booking.

Following completion of the booking, Leebra may charge these amounts to the saved payment method. A payment record or receipt will be provided following a successful card charge.

Failed Card Payments
If a subsequent card payment is declined or cannot be processed, the amount remains payable by the Client and may be invoiced under Leebra's normal payment terms.

Cancellations
Any cancellation terms stated in the quotation, booking confirmation or applicable service-specific terms will continue to apply.

Service-Specific Terms
Depending on the services supplied, additional terms may apply, including vehicle hire terms and/or production support labour terms. Where applicable, those terms form part of the agreement between Leebra and the Client.

Payment Provider
Card payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. Leebra does not receive or store the Client's full card number.

​

Governing Law
These Terms and any booking to which they apply are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
