TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE 

Vehicle Description
9 to 17 seater Minibus (including driver) registered as an M2 Passenger-Carrying Vehicle.

Permitted Use
Restricted to film, television, and live event production use only. Public or audience transport is
prohibited.

Self-Drive Basis
The vehicle is supplied on a self-drive hire basis only.

Public Service Vehicle (PSV) & Hire-and-Reward Status
For the avoidance of doubt, the vehicle is not supplied, operated, or intended to be used as a public
service vehicle or for hire-and-reward passenger transport.
Any driver engaged or supplied in connection with the use of the vehicle is provided as labour in
support of film, television, or live event production activities, and not for the purpose of providing a
passenger transport service.
No consideration is given or received for the carriage of passengers, and the vehicle is used solely
for the internal movement of production staff, crew, performers, and contractors within a closed
professional production environment.
The vehicle must not be used for the carriage of members of the public, ticket holders, or any
person not engaged in the relevant production activity.

Insurance
The vehicle is insured for self-drive hire with insurers fully informed of configuration, classification,
and restricted production use.
